Jennifer M. Katzenstein, PhD, ABPP-CN is a board-certified pediatric neuropsychologist, Co-Director of Center for Behavioral Health, Director of Psychology, Neuropsychology, and Social Work at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital and an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. She received her PhD from Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis in clinical psychology and completed her internship year and 2-year post-doctoral fellowship in pediatric neuropsychology at Texas Children’s Hospital/Baylor College of Medicine. She then served as assistant professor of clinical neurology at Indiana University School of Medicine and pediatric neuropsychologist at Riley Hospital for Children. She joined Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in 2015 to develop and grow the Neuropsychology division, and subsequently the Psychology division, with the recent addition of social work. Her research has focused on neuropsychological outcomes in multiple childhood medical conditions, including cognitive impact of concussion and neurocognitive late effects of treatments for pediatric cancer. Clinically, she focuses on evaluation of neurocognitive strengths and challenges for children with multiple medical conditions, and works closely with schools and treatment teams to implement interventions to assist in maximizing educational potential and success for children.

Rebecca Albert, MSW, Senior Manager for Strategic Initiatives for the Juvenile Welfare Board of Pinellas County (JWB), oversees the development and implementation of prevention efforts including the Children’s Mental Health Initiative, a county-wide endeavor focused on increasing access to mental health and support services within pediatric practices, enhancing care coordination within and beyond healthcare settings, and raising awareness about the importance of mental wellness through educational trainings and community outreach events. Ms. Albert has served as Chair for the Sixth Circuit (Pasco and Pinellas Counties) Child Abuse Death Review (CADR) since 2018, where she utilizes multi-disciplinary data to inform decision-making and execute prevention strategies. In 2021, she was appointed by the Surgeon General to serve as a member of Florida’s CADR where she provides leadership and direction for statewide action aimed at eliminating needless child deaths, strengthening families and community systems.

Ms. Albert has a unique ability to drive excellence and lead change initiatives. She is dedicated to improving the lives of children and families by focusing on the advancement of cross-sector collaboration. Ms. Albert earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. After completing a clinical internship at All Children’s Hospital in 2012, she graduated from the University of South Florida with a master’s in Social Work.
